Eu Yan Sang has an illustrious history in Singapore, with the brand synonymous with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and steeped in a rich heritage of wellness and holistic healing.
Smitten PR was tasked with modernising the brand and also to keep the brand’s position at top of mind when it comes to TCM. Working with the brand’s other collaborators, Smitten PR helped Eu Yan Sang secure a foothold in a younger demographic, and also garnered positive coverage from media and digital coverage from influencers. Smitten PR also secured two front page news stories in The Straits Times, as well as coverage in top-tier media publications such as CNA and Lianhe Zaobao. Smitten PR has also helped to grow their new customer acquisitions, online sales and monthly footfall in its retail stores.
